We got a battered

A disgraceful performance from north London's finest in red and white. From the whistle Spurs was on it, there was no threat going forward, no urgency in midfield, no passion (minus that tackle by Justin Hoyte on that cunt oh and Adebayor vs Bendtner flair up). We deserved to lose on that performance even the first leg we was woeful, Spurs was too strong for us but the score line I still am shocked at.

So many poor performances going from Gallas to Traore to Hleb to Diaby to Gilberto to Bendtner. I to feel sorry for Walcott who is always criticised, he did find it hard but when you're up against King you will. He is still 18 people need to have faith and believe in him, the boy plays on confidence and the way he will get it back is if we help him get behind Theo he has the talent. Sagna I love this guy, he didn't have a great game but was good so pleased we bought him, revalation this season. Justin Hoyte it must kill him even more mainly because he is Arsenal from birth, he is another I like I've always wanted him to do well, he is good but gets exposed easily. Fabregas what happened? Denilson 15 minutes and knocked out, but we got knocked out before that. Eduardo and Adebayor the 2 subs who should've been on at half time and I tell you if they was we would've been alot better.

Diaby oh my I am growing tired of him please people who said he'd be our next Patrick Vieira need a look at themselves because there is no way he will be our new Vieira. He needs to learn to pass more than just dribble into players, you're not Zidane so just keep it simple.

Gilberto, we are all fans of the man he is a true professional but how much longer can we keep hold of him? He is fading fast. There is no pace, speed, brain anything, the guy looks so shot of confidence. Guess he just knows "next game I'm not playing cause Flamini is" no matter what you should just play 100%, he isn't the best on the ball but he knows how to protect the defence. Just fix up or go.

Gallas, dunno where to begin. He looked pumped at the start giving a talk but what happened? Still a quality captain.

Traore, suspect when defending. He can't coupe when that ball is played behind him, he is still young and needs to learn to defend ASAP. Reminds me of a Brazilian fullback, loves attacking but defending is questionable. Hope he improves like Clichy did.

Well was a bad night, but I love my club no matter what happens, this defeat was going to happen at some stage better in the League Cup than the league when it really matters. Yes a cup final at Wembley was up for grabs but them 3 points in the league are crucial for us we got a league to win.

Maybe next season we will see some more youngsters step up to the plate Randall, Lansbury, Gibbs, Fonte, Watts, Gavin Hoyte. Oh look at that 5 English and a Portuguese.

My first love part 2

Oh it's great supporting the red and white half of north London. A brilliant win Saturday afternoon at Fulham, Adebayor 2 headers and a brilliant sliding volley by Tomas Rosicky. Truely dominant from start to finish, this spells good ahead of that massive League Cup clash against them bitters wankers down the Seven Sisters road. Well I for one can't wait to stick it to them and go to Wembley COME ON! Maybe Theo will score and play well, he has come under pressure lately due to recent performances, it's a shame because he does have a huge amount of talent and people forget he is 18, some players do develop later than others, the media hype needs to relax.

Finally going back to Ashburton Grove this coming Saturday for the FA Cup against "Special K's" Newcastle. One can only hope the atmosphere is hot, at times it has been pretty flat which is a shame but since the Toon Army in town it should be good. Sitting right above the away fans which I like doing. Get some good banter in haha.

COME ON ARSENAL.

Super super Tom

My first love

Some peoples first love is that special someone they share so much with, good times, special nights out, loving times you could say. Me on the other hand well I fell in love with a team who play in red and white, they come from north London, Islington N5 to be exact. First time I saw my first love in the flesh was again Manchester City during the 1993/94 season, when legend Ian Wright was on fire, the famous back 5 (this includes big Dave in the net) was intact, had the odd weak midfielder John Jensen, Eddie McGoldrick, some of you may not know who they are but just they was crap so you in a way are lucky not to have seen them.

When I watch Arsenal, there is this burning desire to see us win and play with style. When we do win the passion just grows and grows you can't help but roar and cheer. When we lose you're upset and down BUT this is Arsenal you know we will come back and win again. Beating Spurs must be one of the greatest feelings in the world, beating a team who didn't want us anywhere near north London around 100 years ago, was that because they knew they will forever live in the shadows of the capital kings?

The one regret really is I can't get to Arsenal as much as I would like. Being a red member it is hard to get tickets, only certain games they will go on sale. My main objective is to get a season ticket at Ashburton Grove aka The Emirates aka The Grove aka The Arsenal. I loved going to Highbury when I could, it was a small ground but it was a ground with amazing memories, famous European nights winning the Inter-Fairs Cup (Uefa Cup), turning Sampdoria, PSG, Juventus, it's a long list but a great list. Ian Wright breaking the clubs all time goal scoring record infront of the Clock End removing his shirt abit too early shall we say. Thierry Henry's kiss of the turf after the final goal at Highbury which was fitting, witnessing a magician at work Dennis Bergkamp. Other players like Robert Pires, Paul Merson, Marc Overmars, Anders Limpar that was just 4 fine wide men for us in my era of watching Arsenal at Highbury but no doubt people who are older have memories of Charlie George, "Champagne" Charlie Nicholes, George Armstrong, John Radford, George Graham, Perry Groves ok not all wide men but just a few the fans loved.

I'll continue this tomorrow, hopefully you enjoyed a brief little read of my first love and the one that's never broke my heart.

Who's that cool dude blogging from an airport?

"Rob" you daaaaaaaaaamn right. So yes blogging from Hong Kong international airport, my final blog while I am in the country. Flight leaves at 23.35 and lands at Heathrow (London) 4.50am (UK time) over all a long flight ahead, which I hope goes quick because I grow increasingly frustrated on a plane for many hours. As long as there is something good to watch on the TV in front of me, no one to keep leaning back and no one having some disgusting food. Smell is horrid.

So I look around this departure lounge I see many people some ugly, some nice, some fat (porker in front of me), some weird, some strange but hey we are all different no one is the same.

Dunno how long this battery will last so I'll keep the rest of this blog short and sweet.

Thursday need to do a few bits and get use to the English time zone again, wait a minute some cheesy feet I see *shakes head* woman needs to put on some sandals or something. Any who its 10.20pm now time is ticking and I can't wait to get home flying, feel kind of down that I am going home because I do enjoy Hong Kong but going home is good I get to spend time with Nimo again :-D.

So until Thursday, come on Arsenal! and I shall talk to who ever later,

Peace.

So My Last Few Hours Here

Then I fly back to London and land Thursday morning (missing the Arsenal :-() well it's be an interesting holiday going this far on my own. I got here I am fine, enjoyed it. Last night though was one hell of an interesting evening never in my life I have I experienced something like that but it was a lesson and something I had to see at some stage in my life.

First went to this bar called Fenwick with my uncle bare in mind it was his idea but it was to get me to experience this. Soon as you walk in on the right hand side up against the wall on stalls South American females pumped up to the max weather its lips or boobs. Then the rest of females were Asian, Chinese, Cantonese and Filipino.

Shocked at the males to be quite honest paying for this, starts off with a drink and lets say ends up they get them for the night. Yet I guess some of these fools are ok to risk everything just for some fun with an easy female. Disgusting stuff really is, but also funny at the same time seeing these men throw money in front of them without any sense, these women know how to make money that's a fact.

2nd bar Dusk Till Dawn, funny in fact its known for hosting cabin crew from all different airlines and just to see them unwind made me chuckle but again you had the women trying it on but that was closer to the bar not the dancefloor. Easy reason there.

Overall I've enjoyed my time here for the 2nd year, looking to come back again not too sure when but I will. However Tokyo is on the cards and that will be the next big challenge since there isn't many signs in English.

What is it with Nigella Lawson jebbers :-P
